Privacy policy

This privacy policy has been created to inform you about the information we collect and store and how we manage and use the information you provide. It complies with the provisions of Article 5 of the European Regulation 2016/679.
By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as set out in this privacy policy.

Information collected
When you use the service, we may collect information about the effectiveness of the service as a whole and its various parts, whether through the service or the social network.
When you make the decision to connect the application to your social network profile, Dafilog may collect and store publicly available information that you provide to Dafilog, i.e. your user ID, email address and username. No other personal information is collected.
When you create an account without using a social network, your email address must also be provided by you during registration.

Other information we obtain
The service has access to information necessary to provide and improve the service to enable users to enjoy the service and for the service to function properly (including « cookies » files, which you can disable in your browser settings , or your IP address). We obtain and update information about you whenever you interact with the application, for example when you start the service, manipulate the content elements or make purchases.
By using the service, it is brought to your attention that third-party cookie files may be recorded, in particular by Facebook, if you log in via the Facebook system, or by Google, in order to obtain usage statistics, as well as by our payment partners. You are invited to consult the privacy policies of these partners on their websites to learn more about the ins and outs.

How we use the information provided
We use the information obtained about you only for the purpose of ensuring the effectiveness of the options and services you require when using the application. No personal information is provided to third parties. Your user ID allows us to personalize your interaction with the service, by matching your profile in the service with your profile in a social network. We also use information about you for the internal management of the application: for error elimination, data analysis, validation, research and improvement of the application's functionality.
While you authorize us to use this information, you are always the sole owner of it. We appreciate the trust you place in us, which is why we never share your personal information with anyone.
Dafilog will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as long as necessary to provide the above services to you or other users. In general, this period is the period during which you use the service.
The application does not use, publish, distribute or transmit user data in a manner contrary to this privacy policy. We are obliged to delete all user data if a user requests that the data be deleted. The application does not use user data for advertising purposes. The developer does not sell user data.

Security
Dafilog takes care to protect your information. We employ a range of industry-standard administrative, physical and electronic security measures designed to protect your data from unauthorized access.

Changes

Terms of use

Object

Riliiz is a tool allowing users to create and administer their own website. It is produced by Dafilog Sarl, 319 chemin de sça, 54700 Pont à Mousson, France.

By completing and validating the registration form accessible from the tool's home page, the user accepts the tool's general conditions.

Dafilog reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time, in which case the user will be notified and will tacitly accept the new conditions. If the user no longer accepts the new conditions, he/she may stop using the tool, but may not claim damages under any circumstances.

The last update occurred on June 19, 2024.

Dafilog reserves the right to discontinue the tool at any time, with one month's notice, and without incurring any damages to the user.

Responsibility

Connecting to the tool implies the user's knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet, particularly with regard to technical performance, response times for consulting, querying or transferring information, risks of interruption, and more generally, the risks inherent in any connection and transmission on the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by any computer viruses circulating on the network.

In consequence, Dafilog cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for, without this list being limitative:

- for the transmission and/or reception of any data and/or information on the Internet;
- for any malfunction of the Internet network preventing the smooth running and/or operation of the game;
- for the failure of any reception equipment or communication lines;
- the loss of any paper or electronic mail and, more generally, the loss of any data;
- the operation of any software;
- the consequences of any computer virus or bug, anomaly, technical malfunction;
- any damage caused to the user's computer;

The connection of any person with the tool and the use they make of it is under their entire responsibility. It is the responsibility of all users to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment against any infringement.

Any use of the tool is at the user's own risk.

Any evolution or change of the tool's program may result in a temporary update and/or unavailability of the tool, which shall in no way engage Dafilog's responsibility.

Dafilog warns that the use of hypertext links may lead the user to other websites, independent of Dafilog. In this case, Dafilog cannot be held responsible for the activities of third-party sites.

During registration, the user must provide an email and password that will allow access to the tool. The user must keep his/her password confidential. The user is solely responsible for the conservation and use of his email and password, and in particular for the impossibility to access his account due to the forgetfulness or unavailability of his email or the loss of his password.

Any illicit use of the email or password must be reported to Dafilog as soon as possible by any means, so that Dafilog can put an end to the effects of such use, after registering the user's objection.

User content

The tool allows users to publish any type of content (text, image, video, audio, pdf, ...). The user is the sole owner and responsible for his or her content, and we only have the right to publish it.

By publishing content, the user acknowledges ownership, and will assume sole responsibility in the event of a dispute over ownership.

By publishing content, the user acknowledges that he/she has the legal right to publish it (particularly with regard to French law). Any content that is unlawful, offensive, harassing, obscene, hateful or otherwise objectionable may be deleted by Dafilog without notice. Dafilog also reserves the right to remove the user's access to the tool without entitling the user to any damages whatsoever.

Evidence

By express agreement between the user and Dafilog, Dafilog's computer systems and files shall be the sole evidence.

The computerized registers, kept in Dafilog's computer systems, under reasonable conditions of security and reliability, are considered as proof of the relations and communications between Dafilog and the user.

It is therefore agreed that, except in the case of manifest error, Dafilog may rely, in particular for the purpose of proving any act, fact or omission, on programs, data, files, recordings, operations and other evidence (such as reports, files, data sheets, etc.) of nature or in computer or electronic format or medium, established, received or kept directly or indirectly by Dafilog, in particular in its computer systems.

The elements considered thus constitute evidence and, if they are produced as means of proof by Dafilog in any contentious or other proceedings, they will be admissible, valid and enforceable between the parties in the same manner, under the same conditions and with the same probative force as any document that may be tabulated, stored or kept by Dafilog.

Operations of any kind carried out using the email and password allocated to a user, following registration, are irretrievably presumed to have been made under the user's responsibility.

Right of objection

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, and the European Directive no. 95/46 of October 24, 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, persons who have logged on to the tool and answered the registration questions in order to access the tool's services have the right to object to, access and rectify data concerning them.

As a result, any user registered on the tool has the right to demand that any information concerning him/her that is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous or incomplete be rectified, completed, clarified, updated or deleted.

The request must be addressed, by letter, with the applicant's contact details, to the Dafilog address indicated in the first paragraph of these conditions.

The request may also be made directly on the site, via the "Contact Riliiz" section, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified therein.

Disputes

Dafilog, the tool and these conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, except in the case of public policy provisions to the contrary, all disputes will be submitted to the Nancy Competent Court. At the outset, any dispute between Dafilog and a user will be subject to an attempt at amicable settlement. Any claims or disputes arising from the interpretation or enforcement of these terms and conditions must be submitted by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the registered office of Dafilog.
